About the position

The Sales and Service Specialist at Mad Science Group is a hybrid role that combines sales and customer service responsibilities. The primary focus is to engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable services, and provide support throughout the sales process. This position is essential for maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients mainly through phone, with occasional Zoom and in-person meetings.
• Present and explain products or services effectively to clients.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to develop strategies for closing deals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products.
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions can address those needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
• Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book.
• Make cold calls or perform warm outreach using creative sales tactics.
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must pass a background check.
