About the position

The Mobility Specialist, TNC at Hertz is a vital member of the Local Edition team, acting as a brand ambassador to provide the fastest and most valued rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers.
• Assist in creating rental car reservations and processing rentals.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for customer pick-up.
• Handle post-rental inquiries related to billing and rental processes.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by soliciting business and overcoming objections.
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Check vehicles for damage and ensure proper maintenance before customer pick-up.

Requirements

• Bilingual communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
