Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car program.

• Build rapport with customers and upsell additional features and benefits.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, including inspecting cleanliness, damage, fuel, and filling all fluids.
