About the position

The Sales and Service Specialist role involves consulting with customers regarding the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car program, focusing on maximizing revenue opportunities through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service. The position requires building rapport with customers, upselling additional features, and ensuring vehicles are ready for customer pick-up by inspecting cleanliness, damage, fuel levels, and fluid levels.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car program.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services.
• Overcome customer objections to enhance sales.
• Provide world-class customer service and sales support.
• Build rapport with customers and upsell additional features and benefits.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, including inspections for cleanliness, damage, fuel, and fluids.
