About the position

The Sales and Settlement Coordinator at Tuskes Homes plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and managing settlements in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a proactive individual with strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to teamwork and adaptability. The coordinator will assist in various sales and marketing-related duties while ensuring smooth communication between buyers, mortgage companies, and title companies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team and manage settlements.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to accomplish common tasks.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and shifting priorities.
  • Learn and be accountable for all associated tasks, solving challenges as they arise.
  • Gain an understanding of community properties and required paperwork.
  • Plan and record detailed schedules and company reports.
  • Manage multiple spreadsheets and reports to keep information up to date.
  • Organize files and maintain data management.
  • Assist marketing and sales by inspecting online marketing and model homes.
  • Provide assistance in sales offices when necessary.
  • Update CRM campaigns and create nurturing plans for long-term lead management.
  • Ensure all addendums are current and mortgage companies have the correct sales price.
  • Coordinate with construction and lenders regarding home stages and finalizations.
  • Manage closing processes by coordinating with mortgage companies, appraisers, and buyers.
  • Schedule walk and closing dates, notifying all parties involved.
  • Assemble closing documents and act as a liaison for buyers, mortgage companies, and title companies.
  • Track mortgage commitments and earnest money deposits for buyers.
  • Monitor contingencies and update buyer information once contingencies are released.
  • Verify with lenders that all necessary paperwork is completed 30 days prior to closing.
  • Assist with warranty and homeowner communication.
  • Support affiliated businesses with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM databases
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driver's License (Preferred)
