Responsibilities

  • Keep the CRM system up-to-date with leads and opportunities from the web lead generator.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from the outside sales team, customers, and distributors.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding stock balance, pricing, and availability of parts and capital equipment.
  • Assist in investigating problems related to inventory, pricing, deliveries, returns, credits, and technical issues.
  • Conduct post-delivery phone calls to drive customer satisfaction and attempt to upsell products.
  • Provide parts proposals to customers upon arrival or based on fleet.
  • Assist regional management as a liaison between customers and sales representatives.
  • Participate in employee development programs including product and application training.
  • Train dealers on Atlas Copco tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
