About the position

The primary purpose of this position is to lead technical discussions, manage new business opportunities, and promote Integer products and capabilities to drive revenue and operating profit growth. In alignment with the Global Account strategies, the position will provide technical support at assigned and new customers within a region or product area using available tools such as technical fairs and forums. Working with customers' R&D, product development, and operations teams, the position works with Integer Global Accounts, Quoting Teams, and manufacturing facilities to identify, scope, and sell appropriate supply chain solutions to our customers. The role involves triaging incoming RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and determining appropriate ownership. It requires reviewing RFQs to identify any missing information and working through the Principal Account Executive to request this information or clarify the quote request. The position also executes costing using the CCP tool and engages with R&D to develop costs for development programs, obtaining buy-in from Operations and R&D as needed. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Commercial and Marketing team to develop the CPT model and preparing PVT financial models to determine the level of approval required. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining site approval for quotes, engaging with the Commercial Team to develop the OPP Opportunity Summary for higher-level quotes, and preparing and delivering proposals in partnership with the Commercial Team. Ensuring on-time delivery of all quotations while adhering to Integer's values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements is crucial.
