About the position

The Sales Arborist Representative at Davey Tree Expert Company is responsible for providing tree care services to residential and commercial customers. This role involves educating clients about tree health, providing estimates, and developing plant health care programs. The position requires a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork, as the representative will also supervise crew members and assist the District Manager in team direction.

Responsibilities

• Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
• Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
• Assist the District Manager in the direction of the whole team.

Requirements

• ISA Certified Arborist certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge.
• Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management, and industry-approved tree care practices.
