About the position

The Sales Area Manager is responsible for overseeing in-store operations at the Davis-Monthan AFB location. This role focuses on managing merchandising, sales, stocking, and promoting goods to achieve sales and inventory goals while enhancing customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial and operational duties within a selling area.
• Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervises, trains, develops, hires, and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of retail experience in retail store operations within the last five years is required.
• Successful completion of Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.
