Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of accounts and cultivate customer relationships.
• Maintain excellent quality control for assembly services.
• Handle staffing needs including onboarding, certifying, and scheduling.
• Ensure effective communication with team members and clients.
• Manage assembly services for retail products such as toolboxes, grills, and lawn mowers.

Requirements

• 4 years of prior retail assembly experience or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background screen and MVR.
• Computer navigation skills including MS Office, Outlook Email, and MS Teams.
• Previous management or military experience is a plus.
