Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of accounts and cultivate customer relationships.
• Maintain excellent quality control across all operations.
• Handle staffing needs including onboarding, certifying, and scheduling.
• Ensure reliable transportation for travel to various job sites.
• Perform assembly services as required.

Requirements

• 4 years of prior retail assembly experience or equivalent, specifically with products like grills, riding mowers, and wheelbarrows.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background screen and MVR.
• Work references and some assembly services experience.
• Computer navigation skills including MS Office, Outlook Email, and MS Teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous management or military experience is a plus.
