About the position

The Sales Assistant Manager at Noel Christmas Lights Professional Inc. is responsible for supporting sales operations by collecting customer information, setting appointments, and managing data entry tasks. This role offers flexibility to work from home and requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure effective customer engagement and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Call persons on list and collect customer information (100 Minimum-250/day)
• Send out emails to all customers after collecting email addresses
• Set appointments for estimates
• Research commercial accounts and contact management
• Create Excel spreadsheets and enter data collected from commercial accounts
• Ensure office supplies are in stock
• Create estimates and follow up with customers
• Reach out to vendors

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to manage and organize data effectively
• Driver's License
• Good with Apple computers (iMac, iPad, iPhone, MacBook)

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management (preferred)
• Experience in management
