Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in reaching targets by managing customer inquiries and providing product information.
• Engage with customers through various channels, including door-to-door interactions, to promote our energy solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market reach and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Provide support in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring new sales staff and sharing best practices.
• Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in energy or technical sales environments.
• Availability to work the specified hours.
• Good knowledge of digital tools and communication via phone or chat.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish).
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the solar market and energy solutions.
