You will assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. You will also prepare and format documents, reports, contracts, and presentations for the sales team, maintain accurate records for documents and correspondence, and manage data in relevant databases and CRM systems. Tracking and monitoring expenses related to sales, generating leads, and qualifying prospects will also be part of your responsibilities. As a Sales Assistant, you will maintain and update customer databases and sales records, monitor and report on sales performance metrics and trends, and serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, executives, and the sales team. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about the company's products and services will be essential. You will coordinate meeting logistics, organize appointments, and liaise with external vendors and consultants involved in sales activities. Additionally, you will help plan and execute sales events, trade shows, and conferences, collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, and assist in creating and distributing marketing materials. Your role will also involve handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality while staying informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, HubSpot).
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
