About the position

The Sales Assistant at JBS USA will support the sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating logistics, and providing high-level sales support. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales objectives while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of activities to ensure expected service levels to customers.
• Assist, manage, and maintain coordination in the order creation and customer delivery process with customers, internal sales, and logistics teams.
• Ensure sales objectives are met within company strategies.
• Provide high-level sales support by conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests.
• Track and assist with contract generation.
• Enter sales and purchase orders.
• Create spreadsheets, charts, tables, presentations, and reports in support of the sales team.
• Answer and screen telephone calls.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, phone, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects while prioritizing workload.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
