Stack Resources is looking for a Sales Assistant to support its growth in the home décor wholesale sector. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service without the pressure of commissioned sales. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks and direct support to sales personnel, contributing to a dynamic team focused on product development from trend to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support salespeople in wholesale sales capacity
• Assign product IDs
• Maintain product and sample database
• Communicate with overseas factories
• Handle sample requests, tracking, communication, and follow-up
• Request and file factory presentations; maintain digital archives
• Complete product detail sheets
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Organize and curate factory presentations into sales presentations
• General administrative assistance as needed
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience in consumer product industry
• Experience working with overseas factories is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Highly organized and able to maintain clear, auditable records
• Problem solver with a great attitude
