The role involves assisting the Technical Sales Specialist in customer acquisition and service, ensuring efficient communication and workflow within a hybrid remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the technical sales lead
• Screen new customers and present USFF positively
• Gather customer information and update CRM (HubSpot) with customer details and jobs
• Generate quotes based on customer takeoffs
• Provide product knowledge and make recommendations
• Track customer payments
• Relay orders to the production team
• Respond to customers by email and phone rapidly and clearly
• Maintain a great working relationship with the production team
• Track production and relay updates to clients

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong customer service skills
• Sales management capabilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Driver's License
