Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to create a positive store environment.
  • Maximize sales by ensuring a neat, clean, and organized store.
  • Resolve customer issues confidently and proactively.
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise and inform them of promotions.
  • Expedite point of sale transactions.
  • Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
  • Ensure store visual standards are set to company direction.
  • Execute replenishment processes and maintain merchandise presentation.
  • Articulate current promotional events and brand loyalty programs to customers.
  • Minimize store loss through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards for a positive customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed company productivity standards for operational processes.
  • Achieve daily goals as established by management.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members.
  • Support, train, and coach others to success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and employees.
  • Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
