- Demonstrate technical expertise in using ANN INC. computer systems and perform register transactions efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one year of sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
- Ability to function as a role model, ensuring client remains the top priority.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and techniques.
- Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and provide change without error.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
