Responsibilities

• Follow all steps in the KNOWETM and sales process to achieve a conversion rate of 40% or higher.
• Gain commitment from clients regarding rebooking and membership.
• Build rapport with clients and identify their needs to drive membership sales.
• Exceed client expectations and resolve issues with pride and passion.
• Create client enthusiasts by effectively rebooking and following through on commitments.
• Maintain focus and accuracy during high-stress situations.
• Develop strategies to cope with stress, including multi-tasking and organization.
• Engage in personal growth through training and role-playing activities.
• Set and achieve high standards of excellence in service and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and apply proven sales scripts and techniques.
• Willingness to learn and be challenged.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
