The Sales Associate and Listing Coordinator role at Level Workforce, LLC is designed for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to drive the sales process for an exclusive land community. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service, and project management skills, focusing on lead generation, client relations, and transaction coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and established local relationships.
  • Qualify and convert leads into prospects through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with affluent, out-of-town buyers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Expertly navigate residential and land real estate contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Oversee all aspects of residential real estate closings, coordinating with attorneys, surveyors, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
  • Conduct rigorous property and land tours for buyers, showcasing sites under construction and highlighting unique features.
  • Organize and host promotional events to engage potential buyers and promote the Creek Stand Land community.
  • Work closely with the owner/developer, outside real estate agents, design and construction teams, and the internal marketing team for daily development promotion and routine coordination.

Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Newnan/Coweta County with strong ties to the community.
  • Proven ability to establish and leverage local relationships; outgoing and a mover & shaker in the real estate landscape.
  • Verifiable professional code of ethics and a strong local reputation in real estate.
  • Licensed real estate agent with experience in residential subdivisions and lot sales.
  • Familiarity with residential design and construction processes.
  • Experience working with affluent, out-of-town buyers.
  • Proficient in navigating residential and land real estate contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience with residential real estate closings and related processes.
  • Ability and fitness to conduct rigorous property and land tours on construction sites.
  • Strong organization and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology for marketing, communication, and sales tracking.
