As a Sales Associate at the Bay Plaza Shopping Center, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store shopping experiences, building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement. You will also support product replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant, assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Maintaining our values, policies, and procedures is essential to this role, as is thriving in a customer-first retail environment. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate sales and customer service results in a fast-paced environment, have effective communication skills, and are open to feedback. Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak periods, is also required.
