The Retail Sales Associate at Granado is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experience and customer service.
- Articulate the brand's history and product features to customers enthusiastically.
- Build a loyal customer base through engagement and product recommendations.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout.
- Execute product exchanges, window changes, and visual presentation as needed.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory tasks.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in Beauty/Perfumery.
- Passionate about selling and customer service.
- Commitment to driving sales growth.
- Strong customer relationship and sales loyalty skills.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese or another language is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as per business needs.
- Must provide eligibility to live and work in the US.
