About the position
The Sales Associate at Caesars Entertainment is responsible for managing all sales activities within the assigned boutique. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a clean and organized shop environment. The associate will handle cash transactions, meet sales goals, and participate in inventory management while exemplifying the company's core values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate money handling and proficiency on the cash register
- Complete end-of-shift paperwork and closing procedures
- Meet all sales goals as directed
- Participate in physical inventories
- Unpack incoming freight, counting and checking against the packing slip
- Ensure cleanliness of the shop
- Demonstrate excellent salesmanship while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliance)
- Exemplify the company's core values and DEI culture
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
- Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations
