About the position
The Sales Associate at the Silver Legacy Boutique is responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service within the assigned shop. This role involves maintaining accurate cash handling, meeting sales goals, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers. The associate will also participate in inventory management and uphold the company's core values and DEI culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate money handling and proficiency on the cash register
- Complete end-of-shift paperwork and closing procedures
- Meet all sales goals as directed
- Participate in physical inventories
- Unpack incoming freight and check against packing slips
- Ensure cleanliness of the shop
- Demonstrate excellent salesmanship while maintaining a warm atmosphere
- Adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliance)
- Exemplify core values and DEI culture
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
