The Sales Associate (Brand Ambassador) role at Aerie by American Eagle Outfitters is a part-time position focused on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for guests. As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody the brand's values, engage with customers, and promote products while fostering brand loyalty. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about the Aerie brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate customers on product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly work in various zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
