Responsibilities

• Communicate and interact with guests to build an inclusive guest experience.
• Blend problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns.
• Adapt to different guest interactions and situations.
• Promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services.
• Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in upselling and promoting products or services.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain regular attendance.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
