About The Position

Responsibilities

• Scanning all customer's IDs or Driver License into the system.
• Answering phone calls and taking orders from both phone and walk-in customers.
• Showing, educating, and demonstrating tools and equipment to customers prior to their lease.
• Logging returned leases and/or equipment back into the inventory system.
• Inspecting tools and equipment for functionality upon return.
