Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements.
• Facilitate interviews at a comfortable pace to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives.
• Present vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests.
• Offer customer involvement in trade-in evaluation and present financial propositions.
• Conduct the Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers in a prescribed manner.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to develop customer loyalty.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Entry-level sales experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
