Responsibilities

• Assist Builder Sales Representatives with marketing and sales functions.
• Handle registration sheets and set appointments for potential buyers.
• Show homes and manage signage for the community.
• Schedule Color/Option appointments for current buyers.
• Send construction pictures and prep homes for final walks.
• Maintain cleanliness of model homes and specifications.
• Stock office supplies and manage documents and packets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
