About the position

Create A Cig is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associates to join our team in Waco, TX. This role involves engaging with customers, educating them about our vape products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping and a strong sales background, ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging customers while educating them on products and features
• Closing sales on products, e-juices, and accessories
• Maintaining organized displays stocked with inventory
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
• Utilizing basic computer/POS skills
• Stocking and merchandising products
• Handling and safeguarding cash/inventory
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrating professionalism and high performance

Requirements

• Previous employment at a vapor shop (preferred but not necessary)
• High school graduate or GED
• Must be 21 or older
• Minimum of 1 year experience vaping and product knowledge
• Experienced sales person with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
