About the position

The Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative at Drybar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment focused on blowouts. The role emphasizes sales and customer interaction, ensuring clients receive a high-quality experience while promoting retail products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Assist clients with membership sales and retail product purchases
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Promote and sell Drybar services and products

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service-centric environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with Point of Sale systems preferred
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to stand and/or walk for 6-8 hour shifts

Nice-to-haves

• Previous salon/spa experience preferred
• Experience in retail sales or as a store associate
