About the position

StretchLab is seeking energetic individuals for the role of Customer Service/Sales Associate. This position focuses on assisting the Studio Manager with booking new prospects and members, communicating stretch plan options, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be fitness-minded and passionate about helping others while promoting the brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects as they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book appointments and follow-up with leads and prospects
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club on occasion
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented and self-driven to achieve weekly and monthly targets
• Ability to learn and use our ClubReady software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, text, and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Schedule will include a variety shifts including days, evenings, and some weekends

• Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required
