The Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative at Drybar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment focused on blowouts. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Assist in retail sales and promote membership sales.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.

Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays (evenings).
- Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
