About the position

As a Membership Associate at StretchLab, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand and access our one-on-one assisted stretching services. This role involves managing customer interactions, appointment bookings, and membership sales while ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for clients. The position offers opportunities for growth into managerial roles and emphasizes the importance of customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with outreach to customers and appointment booking
  • Educate customers about our services
  • Determine customer's needs and record intake information
  • Greet and check-in clients
  • Establish relationships with customers
  • Follow written directions including scripts and guides
  • Present membership details to customers
  • Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
  • Ensure studio staff are adhering to studio policy
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and helpful attitude
  • Interest in health and wellness or sales
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in computer skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous retail sales experience
