Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to assist with vehicle purchases.
  • Respond to customer leads in a timely manner and provide necessary information.
  • Guide customers effectively from initial contact to in-store experience.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience before and after the purchase.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support their ownership experience.
  • Negotiate payment options that meet customer lifestyles and budgets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to follow up with customers.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
