The Sales Associate at White House Black Market is responsible for promoting a customer-focused sales culture while embodying the brand's values and principles. Associates are expected to be brand ambassadors, showcasing personal style and product knowledge to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer and product-focused sales culture, driven by our values and guiding principles.
• Be a Brand Ambassador through personal style, adherence to dress code, and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by providing solutions, building community, and creating memorable shopping experiences that bring women confidence and joy.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred along with a passion for fashion
• Must be 18 years of age or older (16 years of age in select states)
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Team-oriented problem-solver focused on continuous improvement
• Effectively communicate with customers, Associates, and Management and embody kindness
• Commitment to regular attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
