The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, including estimating jobs and providing excellent phone service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits and features.
• Collect deposits.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members when required, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize basic math skills for transactions.
• Maintain phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or in-person.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, job bidding, and door-to-door sales environments is preferred.
• Strong upselling abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management.
• Experience with product demos to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Proper scheduling.
