Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and directing calls as necessary.
  • Receiving and processing client order requests for repairs and adjustments.
  • Maintaining great communication with clients regarding inquiries.
  • Updating and managing inventory of jewelry pieces.
  • Assisting with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Running errands or assisting with other assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be professional and presentable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, honesty, loyalty, and trustworthiness are necessary.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not necessary.
  • Experience with invoicing software is a plus, but training will be provided.
