The Sales Associate for Guest Relations at The Springs at Wyandot Trail is a full-time role focused on promoting senior living communities. This position involves collaborating with sales and marketing leaders to generate admissions and provide exceptional customer service to potential residents. The role emphasizes building relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring effective marketing materials are available.

Responsibilities

  • Developing your sales career
  • Providing a positive first impression to welcome new and potential customers
  • Generating admissions through referral partnerships
  • Timely responding to all referral inquiries with appropriate follow-up
  • Partnering with Sales/Marketing and the Executive Director on follow-up and closing sales to achieve goals
  • Ensuring appropriate marketing collateral and promotional materials are in place at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year experience in a marketing/sales and/or customer service environment
  • Healthcare, senior living industry, concierge or hospitality environment preferred
  • Exemplary computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SaaS CRM platforms
  • High school degree or GED required
  • Associate's degree in marketing, business, healthcare management or related field preferred
  • Unencumbered driver's license in the state of residence
