About the position

The Customer Solutions Specialist at Texas Chiller Systems is a sales-driven role focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the heavy mechanical trade industry. The position requires a proactive approach to identify new sales opportunities and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with the operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Dallas region.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with a 'hunter' mentality.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and site visits to generate new business.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with our services.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of Texas Chiller Systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy mechanical trade or a related industry.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
  • Familiarity with the Dallas market is a plus.
