About the position

The Sales Associate at HOKA plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the HOKA brand. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining store standards, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Create personalized shopping experiences for customers.
  • Educate customers about the HOKA brand and products.
  • Engage with customers and address their questions accurately.
  • Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and operate the cash register.
  • Handle money accurately and check inventory daily.
  • Ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to brand standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized back-stock and employee break area.
  • Practice safety consciousness and respond to theft according to policies.
  • Report to work on time and notify management in advance if late or absent.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
