As a Sales Associate II, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and achieving store goals. You will also be expected to maintain the visual standards of the store, ensuring that the merchandise is presented in a way that aligns with the Coach aesthetic. Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the Coach brand.
