The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Cosmoprof is responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for customers by providing expert advice on beauty products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, informing them about promotions, and ensuring they are enrolled in the Loyalty program. The position requires a passion for beauty and a commitment to maintaining a professional store environment.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance customer experience.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
