In this position, you will be responsible for presenting merchandise and sharing detailed information about the features and benefits of our products. You will also provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options, helping customers make informed decisions. Meeting individual and team sales goals is essential, and your ability to build personal relationships with customers will be key to your success. Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires

  • Support the creation of a Customer First culture by managing customer traffic and administrative duties

Requirements

  • Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communication and relational skills
