About the position

As a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant at Kay Jewelers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers celebrate special moments in their lives through quality jewelry. This position involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting merchandise effectively. You will also be responsible for meeting sales goals and contributing to a positive shopping experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
