This role is essential in creating a Customer First culture, where you will take ownership of customer interactions and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and desires, presenting merchandise effectively, and providing detailed information about product features and benefits. Additionally, you will inform customers about extended service plans and financing options, all while striving to meet individual and team sales goals. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with customers, helping them celebrate special moments in their lives. We are looking for individuals who possess strong customer service skills, sales experience, and a positive, customer-focused approach. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires

Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours
