About The Position

Jared is seeking seasonal, part-time, and full-time jewelry consultants to provide exceptional customer service and support operational standards. The role focuses on creating a Customer First culture, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and achieving sales goals while maintaining efficiency and security in the store.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
