The Sales Associate will lead the sales efforts for a luxury condominium property in San Francisco, focusing on high-end residences for discerning buyers. This role is crucial in driving sales, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and positioning the property as a top choice in the ultra-luxury market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and real estate, particularly in luxury properties, and will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and reporting on sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the luxury real estate market.
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and create innovative strategies to attract affluent buyers and investors.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and buyer preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, brokers, and industry influencers.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry through closing, providing guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Track, measure, and report sales performance metrics to management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with 2-3 years in real estate, preferably in luxury residential properties.
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market and luxury buyer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing complex sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
  • California real estate license preferred.
