• Serve as your clients' go-to resource for New York's luxury real estate market.
• Exude poise and a professional, polished image as an ambassador of the company.
• Be a self-starter who is energetic and motivated to learn and understand market trends.

Requirements

• NYS real estate license
• At least 1 year of real estate or luxury sales experience
• Ability to convert direct leads from open houses
• Strong analytical skills to write and present market analyses
• Keen attention to deal details and follow through along with polished presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of luxury real estate experience in New York (Manhattan)
• Existing book of business
• Solid knowledge of NYC real estate market trends
• A track record of successfully facilitating negotiation processes and providing valuable market insights to clients.
